Checklists are prepared at various phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). The checklists prepared at various levels are as follows:

• Initial checklist is filled by PM\PL at the end of requirement analysis phase and ensures that all the requirements are complete and well understood, before the development begins.
• Test Cases in the Project Planning stage Test Case Reports are created by QA.
• Development check list is used to ensure that the development or coding is completed according to the requirements, design specifications and style guide is followed during development.
• Database checklist is filled once the database design is complete and helps to know whether the database conventions were followed for the project database.
• QA checklist is filled at the end of testing phase and ensures that the project as a whole has been reviewed by the QA.
• Release checklist confirms that the project is organized and all the project documents are available.

How We Work

Project Management

Confidentiality Agreement:
Before any disclosure of information occurs at the start of a project, a Confidentiality Agreement will be signed in order to safeguard any sensitive information or intellectual property of the client.

Development Coordinators:
The Development Coordinators will arrange all non-technical meetings/communications between the parties and will be the primary point of contact relating to the progress made with respect to the project.

Technical Coordinators:
The Technical Coordinators will communicate with each other on a regular basis regarding technical issues to assure the smooth progress of the development process.

Development Team:
If the client wishes, they will be able to personally interview every member of the team. Our aim is to ensure that the client is completely satisfied with the engineers allocated to the project.

Administrative Assistant:
An administrative assistant will be assigned to every project. This person will be responsible for procurement of custom software and hardware required for the project, keeping inventory of materials that might have to be imported from the client, time sheets, invoicing, etc.

Deliverables:
During the software development life cycle, distinct phases will be defined with specific deliverables for the client at the conclusion of every phase. The next phase will be initiated only when the client is satisfied with the deliverables and both parties achieve sign-off.

Methodology

• Understanding concepts, domain, potential difficulties, restricted time frames, client requirements, etc.
• Requirements analysis, project documents, specifications, time frames, implementation, targets, technologies, resources and other project details.
• Both formal and informal testing may occur depending on the scope of the project.
• Fonal acceptance, client signs off on the fonal solution, releasing all source, binary packages, documentation and last invoice.
